It's literally impossible to cover every single possible situation, option or optimal combo, however with good understanding it should be possible to figure out what can and can't be done. It's also advisable to keep watching footage and learning what people do and when.

Knowledge of damage/hitstun scaling, as well as the effects of crouches, counterhits and fatal counters will be incredibly helpful in understanding how and why things work, and will stop you making any major mistakes if you're forced to freestyle.
